Kristen and my friendship started way back when I was a holistic Personal Trainer. She hired me to get fit for one of her surgeries. When I look at her, I see pure and radiant love. She is one of the most inspiring people that I know. She has been dealt a challenging hand, and turned her story from blah to f!yeah by inspiring and helping others wherever she can. We have a lot of epic moments together, from her first handstand to her first wheel, to sharing the depth of our souls. When you read her blog, you will understand the preciousness of all of that. I see big things for this woman.
